Geletaria Del Teatro
By far one of the best gelatos I've experienced to date. Did my research and tracked down this spot tucked away in a beautiful little alley in Rome. I went straight for the Pistachio, of course. I decided to do one more flavor and it was a fig + mascarpone. It was epic. Buttery, creamy, smooth and the texture was heavenly. I'll remember this one.
