Cuy (Quee) is what they call it. Throw one of these on a stick and grill it. My little sister used to have one of these when I was younger. My cousin said they were known for making these really well in this part of town so I figured I'd give it a try.
I didn't love it. Might have give it one more attempt elsewhere.
