Duck it.

We scoured through our options for food while out at Tivoli (The 2nd Oldest Theme Park in the world) and came only to find that most places were pretty overpriced and my guess was it was the Disneyland effect. Fun place, not so fun prices. Fortunately, we stumbled upon a guy whipping up some Duck Burgers for 75DKK ($11). I was intrigued. I saw the sign that said "Duck it" and thought, yeah why not? Not going to lie, the scent hit me right in the face too. It was a bit of a process because our guy was only making 4-5 at a time. He removed the fat, cooked the meat for a bit and started adding layers. There was a sweet but spicy sauce at the base and he added some pickled onions, capers, and some greens before he finally threw the pulled duck meat on the bun. Final result was really delicious and we savored every bite. This place was a lifesaver in Tivoli and we were really glad to find it.
